Due to an unstable situation in Lebanon, we were requested to shoot this film elsewhere. So we flew this wonderful young boy from Beirut to Istanbul. His ability to deliver such a genuine performance while being directed by a non-Arabic speaking director, fully Turkish crew and clients from all over the world still baffles me! He was the true embodiment of “pay it forward” spirit be it in our film or on set.
